By invitation from Redken 5th Avenue, Vivid Hair Salon is proud to be one of 350 Redken Black Level Salons in the country. We are an education driven, teaching salon company. Continuing education, growth and support are top priority. As a team, we aim to be pioneers in education, technique and technology. With this in mind, we developed our Associate Training Program.

The Associate Program is an on the job training program that provides daily advanced hands on training in technical skills, guest handling and business building while you work as a partner to an upper level service provider who will help you evolve into a career stylists.

VIVID SALON ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

Our full-time, paid internship program is designed for recent graduates in cosmetology. During your time in the program you will learn how to provide a premium guest experience by working HANDS-ON with one of our incredible educators. This one-to-one coaching and mentoring program will provide you with a significant advantage when starting your career. Associates have access to world-class technical classes and nationally renowned educators. In addition to the one-to-one coaching, associates also have weekly opportunity days to work on their own clientele and practice their skills.

VIVID SALON GUEST SERVICE EXPERTS

Guest Service Experts are responsible for maintaining the salon front of house. This includes first and foremost, giving our guests a seamless, friendly experience both in person and on the phone. You will be thoroughly trained to offer our guests additional service opportunities and at-home care.
